While there, Kellian regularly obtained outstanding results for her clients who were facing claims involving constitutional violations such as excessive use of force, assault, battery, and false arrest/imprisonment, as well as claims involving catastrophic personal injury, product defect, sexual molestation of a child, dangerous condition of public property, and class actions.

Kellian graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School where she served as Chair of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and was routinely awarded Best Advocate in mock trial competitions. Upon graduation, Kellian was selected to participate in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellowship Honors Program; a program made available to only those in the top 10% of their class. Her natural talent in the courtroom were quickly recognized by both plaintiff and defense firms, and she was chosen by ABOTA and the Dean of Southwestern Law School to receive the “Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice” Award.
She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in California and United States District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
When Kellian is not busy being a lawyer, she loves spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite things to do is walk along the beach with her wife, Brittany, and their goldendoodle, Grady. She loves trying new restaurants, binging documentaries, and traveling any chance she gets.
